How to Get Started with MPT

Built Around Your Preferred Seeder

MPT is designed to integrate with leading seeding platforms, giving you the flexibility to build a machine that suits your operation, while gaining the benefits of responsive, moisture-driven seeding.

Step 1 - Start with Your Preferred Dealer or Manufacturer

The first step is simple:

  • Speak with your preferred machinery dealer or seeder manufacturer to define your base machine, including:

  • Frame width and configuration

  • Air cart size and bin setup

  • Overall system requirements for your operation

This ensures the platform is tailored to your farm from the outset.

Step 2 - Define the MPT Integration

Once your base machine is defined, your dealer or manufacturer works with MPT to specify:

  • Row unit configuration

  • Sensor integration (moisture and optional LIBS)

  • Hydraulic and control requirements

  • ISObus compatibility and setup

We provide a complete, matched kit of components designed specifically for your machine.

Step 3 - Factory Integration & Commissioning

There are two primary pathways for installation:

OEM Factory Integration (Preferred)

The MPT system is installed and commissioned by the manufacturer during machine build, ensuring:

  • Seamless integration

  • Full system validation

  • Clean, factory-quality installation

MPT Integration

Alternatively, a base frame can be supplied to MPT for full system installation and commissioning at our facility.

Step 4 - Delivery, Setup & Operation

The completed machine is delivered ready for the paddock, with:

  • Fully integrated sensing and control systems

  • Standard ISObus operation through your in-cab display

  • Minimal additional setup beyond normal commissioning

Alternative Pathway - Complete Machine Supply

For customers who prefer a turnkey solution, MPT can also assist in sourcing:

  • Suitable seeding frames

  • Air carts matched to your requirements

  • A fully integrated, ready-to-operate system

A Note on Existing Machines

MPT systems are generally designed for integration into new builds.

While retrofit upgrades may be considered in some cases, they are often not the most cost-effective pathway for achieving full system performance.
